Yes! Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely with your first 3 engineers.
Pro is $25 per manager per month, plus $5 per engineer after the first 3. Your first 3 engineers are always free. For example: 5 engineers = $25 + (2 × $5) = $35/month. 10 engineers = $25 + (7 × $5) = $60/month.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Your bill automatically adjusts when you add or remove engineers. We prorate charges for partial months, so you only pay for what you use. Remember, your first 3 engineers are always free on Pro plan.
Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and row-level security. Private notes are never shared. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Annual plans can be paid via invoice for Enterprise customers.
Yes! Annual billing is available and saves you 10%. The base manager fee becomes $22.50/month (paid annually) instead of $25/month, and each additional engineer becomes $4.50/month instead of $5/month.
